Tonight I made a random quick & easy dinner for Hannah, & SHE LOVED IT. She has really been into “Dinner Bowls” lately. This honestly took me less than 10 minutes with prep & cooking!
- 1-2 oz of beef
- 1/2 a small onion
- Teaspoon of Garlic
- 3/4 cup Cauliflower rice
- Hand full of chopped spinach
- Coconut Amino
Directions: On Medium/High Heat put in the ground beef, onion & garlic. Once cooked, put in the cauliflower & spinach & add 4-5 drops of coconut amino! & DONE
