Weekly Eats

This week we introduced eggs to Hannah for a second time, the first she had gotten a rash on her stomach. We waited 2 months before trying again and this time so far so good! Here are some of the meals Hannah had last week. Inbetween as always, I have some home made puree for quick dinner or lunch meals when I have no time to cook.

Kashi blueberry waffles & scrambled eggs

Tex Mex Bowl: Brown rice, Ground beef, Avocado, Sour cream & shredded cheese.

Lemon Baked flounder, 7 grain rice, blueberries

Pasta Bolognese: Red lentil pasta, ground turkey, fresh basil, petite low sodium tomato. parmesan, dash of portobello mushroom pasta sauce.

Kashi Blueberry pancakes, applegate chicken & apple sausage and strawberries!

Not shown: I made her a yummy sweet potato peach puree! It smelled so good I wanted to eat it! I steamed 1 large sweet potato, 2 peaches, 1 teaspoon of maple syrup & a splash of lemon. SOOOOOO GOOD Hannah loved it. I will be making it again this week and adding additional ingredients & will share later on!
